Castings

Cambridge Research and Development continues to grow with an enthusiastic workforce and a new building.
The move started in early April with just an empty building. Just a week into the move, Cambrand invested in new machine tools which were operational within days of delivery.
After many months of hard work the students prepare their car for a race across the outbacks of Australia this October.
The students have been testing the car for the last couple of weeks at Fords test track in Dunton, Essex. They used this opportunity to look for faults that may occur during the race.
Fortunately for them everything works fine and they begin to pack up ready to have the team leave the UK on Saturday 5th September.
The team here at Cambridge Precision wish them the very best of luck and we look forward to hearing how the race is going.
